Which is better, to develop an MVP and include all future features or to start with just one?
Provided that all features have equal priority. I think it’s best to consider just one JTBD
The thing is, when you create a product and include too many features, first, it significantly extends the development process, and second, it creates a lot of bugs.
That’s why I believe it’s better to focus on one feature, one function that fully addresses a single need and solves a specific problem.
This approach is faster, and the quicker products are introduced to the market, the better. Long development cycles lasting several months or years usually don’t end well because, by the time the product reaches the market, the conditions, environment, market trends, and other factors have already changed.
